Annie Gigliotti, RN, LAc
As a young lady, Annie’s exposure to healthcare and wellness was quite thorough. Coming from a large family of doctors and nurses, she frequented hospitals and clinics to show support and compassion. Throughout her formative years she witnessed births, surgeries, rehabilitation, recoveries and beyond. It was through this exposure she developed a desire to understand the human body and its capacity for healing. Knowing this from a young age motivated her education in the field of healthcare. In 2000, Annie obtained a Bachelors in Nursing Science from Newman University, beginning a new path in healthcare by immersing herself in hospitals, clinics and private homes throughout California and the world.
Proudly working in diverse environments broadened Annie’s healthcare experience. It deepened her passion and curiosity to offer her patients, family and colleagues MORE. Expanding her scope of practice and abilities came from 5 years of diligent studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Graduating with honors at Emperors College in 2013 catapulted Annie’s awareness and abilities as a Primary Care Provider into a reality. The honor to possess two magnificent styles of medicine in one setting is a unique and remarkable experience.
Blending her specialties of Orthopedics, Neurology and Psychology, Annie offers patients at The Cypress Center effective treatments, exclusively designed to enhance and regenerate. In addition to treating patients at Cypress, Annie is currently involved with The Stable in Malibu and The Harrison Orthopedic Institute in Glendale.
On the passionate side, Annie has mastered acupuncture to our canine family, treating a variety of disorders while collaborating with Veterinarians. See more at www.be-well.org
