Regina Bartsch

 Regina grew up in Big Creek, CA, a small mountain town near Shaver Lake. Nestled in the picturesque Sierra Nevada Mountains, Big Creek is a stones throw from Yosemite National Park. As one can imagine, growing up in such an environment can have a substantial impact on a child. Regina spent many of her childhood years camping, playing at lakes and living in the great outdoors.
Regina went to high school in Tollhouse Ca, where her passion for volleyball and track & field allowed her to travel all over the state as well as internationally. This opened her eyes to a world of opportunity beyond her town’s farming and agriculture lifestyle. It is because of those amazing experiences that lead Regina to her next journey in life.
Leaving the mountains for the City, Regina enrolled in Fresno City College to continue on with her Volleyball career and college education. To help pay for living costs and the costs of school, Regina worked part time at Children's Hospital in Fresno where her desire and passion for health care grew immensely. Knowing that she was helping people get better daily, Regina had found her niche.
In an unpredictable series of events, Regina was offered a life changing opportunity which she couldn't pass, moving to Malibu to work for a family, as a child caretaker while still being able to continue her education at Santa Monica College. For five years Regina was able to put her true leadership skills to work while assisting in raising two young girls. When asked, Regina will most undoubtedly say that those five years are some of the most rewarding in her life. Also, this opportunity led Regina to her Fiancé Kevin.
Regina currently lives in the Pacific Palisades where she enjoys traveling, riding her beach cruiser, hiking, camping, geo-caching and spending time at her favorite place the beach!
Presently, Regina has reignited her passion for health care. She currently attends West Coast Ultrasound Institute in Beverly Hills, CA and will graduate in March, 2011, while additionally working at the Cypress Center in Pacific Palisades.
