Meet Roxann Since Roxann moved to Los Angeles four years ago, she has created a healing community for herself and others around her. She completed her 200hr Hatha Yoga Training at Yoga Daya led by Kiyomi Takahashi and Tulsi Laher and completed their Mentorship Program working with Leslie Porter. Roxann has taken continuing education classes in advanced asanas, pranayama and sequencing. She is also a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, trained in ArmoaTouch Technique and she is currently completing her Reiki 1 and 2 certification. Roxann works closely with The Cypress Center Physical Therapists trained in Yoga injury prevention and pose modification. She attends inservices and workshops on a monthly basis with the goal of maximizing health and wellness for all of her clients. During a private session with Roxann the student will be able to dive deeper into their yoga practice in a safe and caring environment. One will learn different pranayama (breath work) techniques, be guided through meditation and relaxation techniques, acquire body intelligence, increase confidence and develop a home practice. Private yoga

The Cypress Center offers private yoga sessions with our experienced certified instructors.

During the session the student will be able to:

  • Receive personal instruction and attention

  • Be introduced to alignment-based yoga

  • Achieve personal yoga goals

  • Deepen their practice

  • Learn different pranayama (breath work) techniques

  • Perform guided meditation & guided relaxation

*Clients transitioning from Physical Therapy always receive a consultation between the Physical Therapist and Yoga Instructor prior to their first session to discuss injury prevention and modification and overall patient therapist goals.
