The Comprehensive Teacher Training Course (CTTC) is for professionals by professionals! The CTTC provides thorough, comprehensive education in Pilates. All aspects of functional movement science come alive as students are introduced to the multitude of exercises on the full range of equipment. Body Arts and Science International™ (BASI) provides a solid foundation for teaching, and students become well versed in all facets of Pilates. In all BASI courses, we prepare future generations of teachers to impart a system of total physical and mental well-being, in the spirit of Joseph Pilates.
