Aileen Quinn PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Aileen earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu, where she developed a strong foundation in evidencebased orthopedic care and wholeperson wellness. Originally from Los Angeles, she spent several years living and working in Northern California before returning to her hometown to continue her professional journey.
In addition to her clinical training, Aileen brings nearly a decade of experience as a yoga teacher and a deep passion for circus and aerial arts. Her background as a performer on apparatuses such as aerial silks and lyra hoop gives her a unique perspective on movement, strength, and injury prevention—insights she integrates into her therapeutic approach. While living in Northern California, Aileen spent much of her time at Lake Tahoe, where she picked up rock climbing, further informing her appreciation for body mechanics, grip strength, and the demands of vertical movement. Aileen has a strong commitment to supporting community, having participated in several service projects, including one of her favorite events - volunteering at a Wounded Warriors AccesSurf event in Hawaii, assisting veterans in having access to surfing. She is particularly interested in helping all movers, athletes, and artists understand their bodies, build resilience, and return to the activities they love.
Aileen is a dedicated advocate for physical fitness and mindbody wellness. She maintains a diverse personal practice that includes yoga, Pilates, crossfit, and mindfulness, allowing her to support patients with a holistic, grounded, and compassionate lens. She is committed to empowering individuals through education, movement, and sustainable lifestyle practices that enhance both physical function and overall wellbeing.
