Small Group Fitness Classes
All classes are 50 minutes in duration and are taught by a physical therapist or BASI trained Pilates instructor. CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED SO CALL AHEAD TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT! Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your own mat, and arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
- Balance and Movement:
- Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 10am with Ann Marracini, P.T. or Tara Winters, P.T.
- Mondays at 1pm with Sarah B.
- Wednesdays at 4pm with Sarah T.

Reformer Class ($40 per class)
Using the Pilates Reformers and the BASI block system, this class will give you a full body workout. Focus is on core strengthening and stretching is included. Class size limited to 5 so you must call to reserve your spot.
Level: All levels but minimum of 5 previous private Pilates sessions required.
Balance & Movement ($25 per class)
Replace the fear of falling with confidence in your stability. Under the guidance of a physical therapist- practice, improve and restore your balance. Enjoy peace of mind as you regain your ability to move through daily activities with poise. This 50 minute class is geared towards anyone experiencing challenges with balance or daily functional movement.
