Physical Therapist

Regina was born and raised in Manila, Philippines where she received her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Santo Tomas, and worked in various clinical settings after graduating in 2011. Her background includes working in the hospital setting, home care, sports and athletics, including sports rehabilitation and conditioning student- athletes for the NCAA. She also has many years of experience in orthopedic and neurologic pediatric cases, dealing with children from 3 months and up. She moved to the US in 2016 working in the Appalachian Mountains in Kentucky and New York city before coming to Los Angeles, California, and is experienced in subacute/post- operative care, neurologic cases, cancer care, general deconditioning, orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases, and has worked in various settings with other healthcare professionals such as chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, and oriental/traditional medicine practitioners. She believes in and carries out a holistic practice: rehabilitating a person in both body and mind. She believes in using therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, and corrective-functional exercises to address dysfunction and return a person back to health and activity.

Outside of work she loves to play music (piano and guitar), writing, reading, taking long drives and roadtrips, and enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, tennis, and pingpong!
